This months Creative Journal class was so much fun! My students and I were ripping paper from magazines like we were on an inspired paper frenzy. The technique we explored was with paper mosaic and using the tones of a colour to build up an image. To then see what shape 'appeared' . And all the pages were truly amazing.
My weekend workshop with Ashtara insightful and enlighting on many, many levels. We worked on the Heart space, love and creativity. I realised and released some 'stuff' that came in the form of challenges and I am already feeling more free..... So important to continually work on 'Self' to allow me to walk my talk.
