This is my baby girl, who is 6 years old tommorrow.Where have those 6 years gone?. Her Birthday has been a topic of much conversation and planning and I love that she knows exactly what she wants....right down to the chocolate mud cake and candles to share with her girlfriends at her party.
Also to mark this event, my garden is filled with the beautiful purple flowers .
The Iris's are growing in our front yard, and every year when they start to bloom I remember my daughters birth...my husband gave me a single Iris, (the first that bloomed for the season from our yard) after she emerged in to the world. And so I think of her when ever I see an Iris. Happy Birthday, My Love!
